If you cop an attitude while I'm serving one customer and you're next in line and you're huffing and rolling your eyes because you're in a hurry, I'll just let you know right now, you're pretty much assuring yourself a hell of a longer wait when I get to you because I will deliberately go as slow as humanly possible through your transaction.
